Pickup Times
Have your laundry out BEFORE 8am on the day of your pickup.
Pickup is anytime between 8am-11am not the exact time you select.
Saturdays
Saturday pickups will be dropped off on Monday morning.
Gate Codes
Include gate code and instructions for finding your home in the ‘Appointment Note’ section after selecting book now from the menu below.
$50 Order Minimum
We require a minimum of $50 paid in order to provide our service. We recommend weighing your laundry beforehand to ensure you meet the minimum.
Cancellation
To cancel your laundry pickup you can follow the link in your text or email confirmation or reminders.
If less than an hour before pickup, text 951 606 8819 to notify us. If we arrive for pickup and there is no laundry without prior notice, we cannot accept future orders from you.
Empty Pockets
Please check all pockets before bagging your laundry. We do a rough check while sorting but we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your laundry from items left in pockets.
As of July 2025 we have switched to a new scheduling system (yes again, sorry!) There should now be no issues scheduling for new and existing clients.
If you previously tried to book and the system said you were out of service range please try again.
Your Patience is Appreciated
We appreciate your understanding as we switch to a new system (again). Several new and existing customers were having issues booking with the last system and we are very hopeful that this new platform eliminates the issues we were facing previously.
