How much does non-toxic laundry service cost?

Next-day service is $2.25/lb.

Standard service (2-3 day turnaround) is $2.15/lb.

There is an order minimum of $50. That means if you only send 10lbs. we will still charge $50. We encourage you to weigh your laundry beforehand to ensure you are getting the most bang for your buck.

For reference: a 13 gallon trash bag can hold about 13lbs-15lbs of laundry.

What is the turnaround time for laundry service?

We offer Next-day service for orders under 75lbs. at $2.25/lb. Next-day service is only available for Monday-Thursday pickups.

Standard service is $2.15/lb. and the turnaround is 2-3 days, you are given an ETA with your invoice.

What laundry detergent do you use?

We only use products from Azure Standard; that includes laundry detergent, oxygen brightener and stain and odor eliminator.

All Azure Standard products are free of artificial fragrance, SLS, SLES, phosphates, butyl, chlorine, and dyes.

Can I send my own detergent/laundry products?

Only if the detergent you use does not contain artificial fragrance. Please text us to verify if we can accept your detergent before scheduling. 951-606-8819

Do you sort clothing by color?

Yes! Whites are always washed separately and depending on the amount of clothing you send we will separate darks and colors as well. You do not have to sort before your pickup, we do it for you.

Will you air dry my delicates?

Yes. If you have certain items that need a delicate cycle or to be air dryed please place them in a separate bag and clearly label.

Do you sanitize your machines?

Yes our machines are cleaned and sanitized once a week, no exceptions!

Do you offer recurring/weekly pickup?

Yes! Please text us if you would like to become a recurring customer and not have to worry about scheduling your laundry service each time.
